Saybia on sucessful tour

  • 8 months long highway taken
  • Concerts in 10 European countries the next 2 months
  • All the concerts in the Netherlands are sold out
  • Saybia is now being released in Japan, Spain and Italy.

This Sunday the tour-bus startet, and the 5 Saybia-guys began the longest and most extensive tour in their career.

First station was Dublin, and after that the journey went to London, where the band played a showcase last night for a invited audience. Later cities like Paris, Milan and Barcelona awaits, before the journey went to Saybias other home, the Netherlands, where all concerts was sold out in advance. The band played earlier this month on the TV-program Top Of The Pops, and contributed to a charity-concert for the casualties in the flood-disaster in Asia.

In March it will be the Danes, that with their own eyes can note the bands character, when Saybia will play songs from their newest work “These Are The Days” as well as the debut “The Second You Sleep” live. The Danish part of the tour starts with a performance at the Danish Music Awards, where Saybia will let their newest single “Bend The Rules” loose in KB-Hallen. The young song-writer Mads Langer is the warm-up for the following Danish part of the tour. Abroad this role is split between Thomas Dyddahl from Norway and the Danish Spleen United.

These Are The Days will be released in Japan, Spain and Italy in spring time. An overview of the confirmed concerts so, can be seen on the tour-calendar, and on the official homepage www.saybia.dk.

Saybia på succesfuld turne

Nærværende søndag blev tourbussen sat i gear, og de 5 Saybiagutter begav sig ud på den længste og mest omfattende turné i deres karriere.

Første station var Dublin, og derefter gik turen til London, hvor bandet i aftes spillede en showcase for et inviteret publikum. Senere venter byer som Paris, Milano og Barcelona, før turen går til Saybias andet hjemland, Holland, hvor samtlige koncerter er udsolgt på forhånd. I selv samme tulipanbesmykkede land spillede bandet tidligere på måneden i TV-programmet Top Of The Pops og bidrog til et støttearrangement for flodbølgeofrene i Asien.

I marts bliver det danskernes tur til ved selvsyn at konstatere bandets beskaffenhed, når Saybia kommer til at fremføre sange fra deres nyeste opus These Are The Days samt debutten The Second You Sleep live. Den danske del af touren indledes med en optræden på Danish Music Awards, hvor Saybia lader deres nyeste single Bend The Rules klinge i KB Hallen. På den efterfølgende DK-tour er den unge singer-songwriter Mads Langer udset til rollen som opvarmer (check www.madslanger.dk). I udlandet deles denne rolle imellem Thomas Dybdahl fra Norge og danske Spleen United.

These Are The Days er sat til release i Japan, Spanien og Italien i løbet af foråret.
